EngKrub Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of terms

By installing, accessing, or using EngKrub, including the host app, Keyboard Extension, and Cloud AI services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use EngKrub.

2. EngKrub service

EngKrub helps users polish Thai-English messages through a host app and an optional Keyboard Extension. Basic keyboard controls work locally. Cloud AI is available only after an explicit tap, required consent, and, for the keyboard, Full Access and keyboard AI opt-in.

AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, unsuitable, or change the intended meaning. You are responsible for reviewing a result before sending, publishing, or relying on it, especially for legal, financial, medical, employment, or other important communications.

3. Free and Pro quota

The current Free tier allows up to 3 completed Cloud AI rewrites per UTC day. An active EngKrub Pro entitlement allows up to 100 completed Cloud AI rewrites per UTC day across the host app and keyboard. Failed or recovered requests may be handled according to EngKrub's server-side quota rules.

We may adjust quotas, abuse protections, or availability prospectively to protect service quality and operating cost. Any material change will be reflected in the app or these Terms as appropriate. Pro does not make Cloud AI passive; every rewrite remains button-triggered.

4. Weekly and yearly subscriptions

EngKrub may offer weekly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions for EngKrub Pro. The localized price, billing period, and any available introductory offer are shown by Apple before you confirm a purchase.

• Payment is charged by Apple to your Apple Account.
• A subscription automatically renews for the same period unless you cancel it through your Apple Account before renewal.
• Cancellation takes effect according to Apple's subscription rules; access generally continues through the paid period.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings.
• Use Restore Purchases in EngKrub to restore an eligible purchase associated with your Apple Account.
• Apple controls billing, taxes, payment processing, and refund decisions under Apple's terms and policies.

RevenueCat helps EngKrub load Apple products and verify entitlement status. Firebase remains the server-side source of truth for the Pro Cloud AI quota after purchase or restore synchronization.

5. Privacy

Your use of EngKrub is also governed by the EngKrub Privacy Policy, including disclosures about Keyboard Full Access, explicit Cloud AI requests, Firebase, OpenAI, RevenueCat, analytics, Protected Terms, and Local AI History.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use EngKrub for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
• Submit content you do not have the right to process or content that violates another person's privacy or intellectual-property rights.
• Attempt to bypass quota, subscription, authentication, consent, security, or technical restrictions.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disrupt, overload, scrape, or interfere with EngKrub or its providers except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Use generated output to impersonate, deceive, harass, or harm others.

7. Intellectual property

EngKrub's software, design, branding, graphics, and service content are owned by English TestLab or its licensors and protected by applicable law. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use EngKrub on Apple devices you own or control as permitted by Apple's usage rules.

You retain rights you hold in text you submit. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to submit that text for processing.

8. Availability and changes

EngKrub may be unavailable because of connectivity, maintenance, provider limits, platform restrictions, or events outside our control. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and may update these Terms. Continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept them.

9. Disclaimer

EngKrub is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose, or that AI output will be accurate or preserve your intent.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, English TestLab and its providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or harm resulting from your use of or reliance on EngKrub or generated output. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address a violation of these Terms, abuse, fraud, security risk, legal requirement, or harm to EngKrub, its users, or providers. You may stop using EngKrub at any time. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer law in your location provides otherwise.
