In addition, we are introducing a new online portal for residents to submit maintenance requests, pay rent, and communicate with management. This portal aims to streamline these processes, making it easier and more convenient for you to manage your living arrangements. We encourage all residents to register for the portal by July 25, 2024, to ensure a smooth transition. Finally, we will be hosting a community meeting on July 20, 2024, at 6 PM in the main clubhouse to discuss these updates and answer any questions you may have.
