WordRush Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 5, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how English TestLab ("English TestLab", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use WordRush.

1) Summary

  • We do not require you to create an account to use WordRush.
  • Most game progress data is stored on your device.
  • WordRush uses gameplay, product-interaction, purchase, device, diagnostic, and campaign-attribution data to operate and improve the game and measure our own advertising.
  • If you use Game Center, Apple may process leaderboard scores, achievements, and Game Center account information under Apple's own policies.
  • We do not use IDFA, do not request App Tracking Transparency permission, and do not use this data for cross-app tracking or retargeting.
  • We do not send question prompt, explanation, or choice text in analytics events.

2) Information WordRush Stores on Your Device

WordRush may store completed sessions, mistakes, streak count, scores, preferences, and pack unlock state locally on your device so the game can show progress, review missed words, and keep unlocked content available.

3) Analytics and Purchase Diagnostics

WordRush uses Firebase Analytics for gameplay analytics and app/session events such as app open, session start, question viewed, answer timing and correctness, session complete, restart, share-card actions, pack views, and purchase diagnostics.

These services may process an anonymous WordRush installation ID, Firebase app instance ID, AppsFlyer ID, device and app information, network information such as IP address and approximate location, diagnostic data, and Apple Ads campaign-attribution data. These identifiers distinguish an app installation or device for analytics and attribution; WordRush does not require a name, email address, or account and does not use them to identify you directly.

Analytics must not include real name, email, phone number, precise location, sensitive personal information, question prompt text, explanation text, or answer choice text.

4) Game Center

WordRush uses Apple Game Center for v1 leaderboards and achievements. If you connect to or use Game Center, Apple may process your Game Center profile, leaderboard scores, achievement progress, and related platform information. WordRush does not operate a custom leaderboard backend for v1. If a completed score or achievement is created before Game Center authentication is ready, the app may keep a validated submission in memory for the current app run and submit it after authentication succeeds.

5) Purchases

If you purchase or restore WordRush content packs, purchase-related data is processed by Apple and RevenueCat to validate receipts, manage entitlements, restore access, and support purchase diagnostics. RevenueCat may send purchase events and related anonymous installation identifiers to Firebase Analytics and AppsFlyer so we can measure purchases and advertising performance. WordRush does not currently have an account system, so these records are associated with anonymous app or device identifiers rather than a name, email address, or WordRush account.

6) Third-Party Providers

  • Firebase Analytics (Google) for gameplay metadata and app/session analytics.
  • Apple for App Store purchases, receipts, refunds, and platform services.
  • Apple Game Center for leaderboards, achievements, and related Game Center account services.
  • RevenueCat for purchase entitlement state, restore purchase flow, purchase diagnostics, and server-side purchase events sent to our configured analytics and attribution services.
  • AppsFlyer for app-install and campaign attribution and for measuring purchase performance. WordRush uses the AppsFlyer Strict SDK and does not collect IDFA through AppsFlyer.
  • Apple Ads and Apple AdServices for Apple Ads campaign attribution. WordRush uses Apple's standard attribution token flow, which does not require ATT permission.

7) Retention and Deletion

  • You can remove locally stored WordRush data by deleting the app from your device.
  • Firebase, Apple, Game Center, RevenueCat, and AppsFlyer may retain operational records according to their own policies and retention settings.
  • For privacy questions or deletion requests, contact us at the email below.
