TCAS English TestLab Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using TCAS English TestLab, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

TCAS English TestLab is a mobile application for students preparing for English exams used in Thai university admission contexts, including A-Level English and the GAT/TGAT English family. The App provides:

• English practice questions and reviewed exam sets
• Exam-style practice, review, and result summaries
• Progress tracking, achievements, and study plan tools
• Thai and English interface support
• Optional study reminders if you enable notifications

3. Free 100% App

TCAS English TestLab is free 100%. The App does not offer subscriptions, paid packs, premium access, paywalls, in-app purchases, RevenueCat entitlements, or restore purchase flows in this version.

4. Educational Purpose

The App is provided for educational and practice purposes only. It does not guarantee admission results, exam scores, eligibility, or academic outcomes. You are responsible for checking the latest official admissions rules, exam requirements, dates, and score use policies from the relevant official sources.

5. No Official Affiliation

TCAS English TestLab is independently created by English TestLab. The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with TCAS, A-Level, GAT, TGAT, the Council of University Presidents of Thailand, or any official examination, admissions, or testing organization. Exam names are used only to describe the educational context the App helps users practice for.

6. Accounts and Privacy

We do not require you to create an account to use the App. Most learning data is stored locally on your device. For details about local storage, Firebase Analytics, notifications, and privacy controls, please review the TCAS English TestLab Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful, personal, and educational purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the App for unauthorized commercial purposes.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Remove, alter, or obscure proprietary notices.
• Copy, redistribute, sell, publish, or mass export App content without permission.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or bypass App functionality, analytics, or platform protections.
• Use the App in a way that violates applicable laws.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

The App, including its design, code, explanations, practice materials, user interface, graphics, and other content, is owned by English TestLab or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal educational practice.

9. Content Accuracy and Exam Changes

We aim to provide useful and carefully reviewed learning materials, but educational content may contain errors, become outdated, or differ from official exam requirements. Official exam formats, admissions rules, and score policies may change. You should verify important decisions with official sources.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, English TestLab is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, inability to use the App, exam performance, admission outcomes, or academic results.

11. Updates and Modifications

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App at any time. We may also update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or use the App in a harmful, unlawful, or abusive way.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict of law principles.
