WordRush Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using WordRush, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use WordRush.

2. Description of Service

WordRush is a fast vocabulary game for Thai learners. It provides short quiz sessions, score and streak progression, mistake review, share cards, and content packs for English vocabulary practice.

3. Educational Purpose

WordRush is provided for educational and practice purposes only. Vocabulary content is intended for practice and entertainment, not as a guarantee of exam, job, or academic outcomes.

4. Accounts and Privacy

We do not require you to create an account to use WordRush. Most game and preference data is stored locally on your device. For details about analytics, purchases, and data handling, please review the WordRush Privacy Policy.

5. Content Packs and Purchases

WordRush may offer optional paid content packs, premium access, or other in-app purchases. Purchases are processed by Apple and RevenueCat. Access to paid content depends on successful purchase validation, entitlement state, and restore purchase availability.

6. Game Center, Leaderboards, and Achievements

WordRush may use Apple Game Center for leaderboards and achievements. Scores and achievements may be associated with your Game Center account and visible according to Apple's Game Center settings. WordRush performs lightweight local validation before submitting scores, but this is not a full anti-cheat system. Do not manipulate the app, device, or data to submit false scores or unlock achievements unfairly.

7. Acceptable Use

• Do not use WordRush for unlawful purposes.
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
• Do not remove proprietary notices from the app or content.
• Do not share or redistribute paid content packs without permission.
• Do not submit false leaderboard scores or manipulate achievement progress.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

WordRush is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, English TestLab is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for learning, exam, job, or academic outcomes.
